- Garlic cloves - 2
- Ginger - a small piece
- Green chilies - 5
- Mint leaves - 1/4 bunch

- Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
- Salt - to taste
- For the Mayonnaise:
- Egg - 1
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - 2 pinches
- Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
- Refined oil - 60 ml
Required Cooking Equipments:
- Griddle (Dosa Kallu/Tawa)
- Mixing bowls
- Grinder or blender
Cooking Instruction :
- Prepare the Green Chutney:
- Combine split gram dal, garlic, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, and coriander leaves in a grinder.
- Add lemon juice and salt, and grind to a smooth paste.
- Prepare the Mayonnaise:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
- Slowly drizzle in the refined oil while whisking continuously until you achieve a thick, creamy consistency.
- Prepare the Bread Omelette:
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add turmeric powder, black pepper powder, and salt. Whisk well.
