Bread Rasmalai Recipe
Rasmalai is one of the most popular and delicious Indian desserts. Traditionally, it takes a bit of time to prepare. But what if we could get the same delightful taste with a shortcut using something as simple as regular bread? That’s exactly what we do in this Bread Rasmalai – easy to make and incredibly tasty!
Milk on its own might not be every child’s favorite. But when it turns into a rich, flavorful dessert, who could say no? From kids to adults, everyone will be asking, “Can I have some more?” That’s the charm of Bread Rasmalai! You don’t need chenna or round patties like in traditional rasmalai – just some everyday white bread will do.
We enhance the flavor with a rich milk rabri infused with cardamom and almonds. Pair that with shallow-fried bread discs and the result is a truly decadent dessert. It’s perfect as an evening snack for kids after school or even as a festive treat for guests – a great alternative to regular sweets like jalebi or ladoo.
Of course, it’s best to save this for special days rather than making it daily. Make this special dessert at home and enjoy restaurant-style richness in just a few steps. Let’s see how to prepare this delicious Bread Rasmalai in no time!
