Paneer and butter are not only tasty but also healthy. But still, many people feel that the homemade version doesn’t taste like the hotel-style recipe. For all those people, here is the perfect step-by-step Hotel-Style Paneer Butter Masala recipe that you can prepare in your own kitchen.

Ingredients:
- Main Ingredients
- Paneer – 200 g
- Butter – 200 g
- Salt – 20 g
- Fresh Cream – 50 g
- Sugar – 20 g
- Kasuri Methi – a pinch
- Ingredients for Masala Paste
- Oil – 50 g
- Cinnamon – 1 g
- Cloves – 1 g
- Cardamom – 1 g
- Onion – 100 g
- Tomato – 100 g
- Green chilli – 10 g
- Kashmiri chilli – 10 g
- Cashews – 50 g
- Kashmiri red chilli powder – 10 g
- Spice Powders & Others
- Ginger paste – 50 g
- Garlic paste – 50 g
- Cumin – 10 g
- Cumin powder – 10 g
- Coriander powder – 20 g
- Garam masala – 10 g
Required Cooking Equipments:
- Kadai / pan
- Mixer grinder
- Spoon / spatula
- Knife & cutting board
- Measuring cup
Cooking Instruction :
- Prepare the Masala Paste
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, onion, tomato, green chillies, Kashmiri chilli, and cashews.
- Sauté well.
- Allow it to cool and grind into a smooth masala paste.
- Prepare the Gravy
- Melt butter in a kadai.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell goes away.
- Add the ground masala paste and mix well.
- Add Spice Mix
- Now add Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, sugar, and garam masala.
- Add a little water and let it boil on medium flame for 5–10 minutes.
- Add Paneer
- Add the paneer cubes and cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Final Stage
- Before switching off the stove, add fresh cream and kasuri methi.
- Mix gently.
- Add a small cube of butter on top before serving.
