- Tomato – 3 (pureed or finely chopped)
- Oil – 5 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
- Green Chilies – 3 (slit)
- Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
- Saunf (Fennel Seeds) – 1 tsp
- Pattai (Cinnamon Sticks) – 2
- Cloves – 3
- Bay Leaf – 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
- Coconut Pieces – 1 small cup
- Mint Leaves – 1 cup
- Curry & Coriander Leaves – 1 cup
- Fresh Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
