Ingredients:
- Main Ingredients:
- Soya chunks – ½ kg
- Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato – 2 (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbspGinger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
- Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs
- Masala Powder:
- Pepper – 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp
- Dry red chilies – 3
Required Cooking Equipments:
- Pot
- Strainer
- Pan
- Mixer Jar
- Deep Pan
- Spoon
- Knife
- Plate
- Cup
- Ladle
- Bowl
Cooking Instruction :
- Boil the Soya
- Boil water in a vessel and add the soya chunks.
- After 5 minutes, drain the water and rinse in cold water.
- Squeeze out all the water completely and keep aside.
- Make the Masala Powder
- Dry roast pepper, fennel seeds, and dry red chilies until aromatic.
- Cool them down and grind to a fine powder.

- Cooking the Soya
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves and onions, sauté till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
- Add tomatoes and cook till soft and mushy.

- Add a splash of water and mix well.
- Add the soya chunks and sauté on medium flame for 5–7 minutes until the masala coats well.

- Sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
- Add a little ghee or butter for a rich aroma.
