How to make Chicken Biryani in Pressure Cooker
You can easily make delicious biryani in a pressure cooker, try it at home and everyone will love it.
Making biryani in pressure cooker is very easy, use cumin samba rice for soft biryani rice.

Ingredients:
- Cumin Samba : For 1/2 kg of cumin samba rice, the amount of water should be 2 cups.
- Chicken: 1/2 kg chicken (use skinless chicken for chicken biryani)
- Kasa Kasa 1/2 tsp
- A small amount of cinnamon
- Cardamom 2
- cloves 2
- Fennel 1/2 teaspoon
- The kalpaasi small in size
- Annachi flower 1
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Green chillies: 1
- Ghee: 100 gms
- Onions: 2 (cut lengthwise)
- Tomatoes: 2
- Ginger (small piece)
- 10 cloves of garlic
- Salt as needed
- Mint, Coriander
- Curd - 2 tbsp
Cooking Instruction :
- Add turmeric powder to the chicken and wash it well and drain the water. Wash the cumin samba rice twice.
- Put the cooker in the oven and heat it, add good oil and fry it well adding biryani leaf bark, cardamom cloves, kalpaasi, annachi flower.
- Next add the long cut big onion and fry it
- Add mint and coriander and saute
- Add the paste of fenel seed, kasa kasaa, ginger and garlic and fry until the greens are completely wilted, add separate chilli powder, garam masala and coriander powder and fry.
- After frying, make the chicken pieces and add the required amount of salt and water and fry the curd well for 1 minute.
- Then add two parts of water to one part of rice and let it boil, then add rice to it and add ghee.
- Add salt if required and cover the cooker and cook for 10 minutes
- Leave and switch off the stove.
- After opening the cooker with a whistle, super delicious biryani is ready.
Instruction in Short
First place the cooker in the oven and put oil in it along with cardamom annachi flower biryani leaf bark cloves kalpaasi green chillies etc. After seasoning add chopped onion and tomato and saute it and add mint and coriander to it then mix ginger garlic paste with kasha kasa and aniseed paste and then add chili powder and karam masala. Add masala coriander powder and then mix curd and then add 1/2 kg chicken to required amount After mixing salt and water and boiling for 1 minute, add 1/2 kg of cumin samba rice, cover the cooker and after 10 minutes turn off the stove and when the whistle stops, open the cooker and the delicious chicken biryani is ready.
